- 2 cups Cucumbers, sliced
- 1 cup Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
