5. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and cold butter. Use a pastry cutter or fork to mix until crumbly.
6. Gradually add ice water, mixing until dough forms. Divide dough in half.
7. Roll out one half of the dough and place it in a pie dish. Add the meat mixture.
8. Roll out the other half of the dough and place it over the filling. Seal and crimp the edges.
9. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
