Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 4 Hoagie Rolls
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Once the meatballs are done, add them to the marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Place the hoagie rolls on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for 5 minutes.
  8. Assemble the sandwiches by placing meatballs and sauce on the toasted hoagie rolls. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
