  • 4 pieces Flatbread
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  3. 3. Spread a generous layer of hummus on each flatbread.
  4. 4. Top with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
  5. 5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  6. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy and the toppings are heated through.
  7. 7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
