Mediterranean Kale Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Kale chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add chopped kale and cook until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
6. Top with crumbled feta cheese before serving.
