Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Kale chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add chopped kale and cook until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6. Top with crumbled feta cheese before serving.
