- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
- 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the feta cheese, spinach, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Lay out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 4 equal squares.
Place a chicken breast in the center of each puff pastry square.
Top each chicken breast with the feta and spinach mixture.
Fold the corners of the puff pastry over the chicken and filling, sealing the edges.
Place the puff pastry-wrapped chicken on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
