Main Ingredients
- 2 cans Tuna drained
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Olives sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
3. Sprinkle oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
