- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Corn drained
- 1 cup Salsa
- 2 cups Shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
- 1 package Taco seasoning
- 1 bag Tortilla chips crushed
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir to combine.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, black beans, corn, and salsa.
In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, followed by the beef mixture, and then half of the shredded cheese. Repeat the layers, ending with the remaining cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
