  • 1 cup Half and half
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 can Diced green chilies drained

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the half and half and heat until warm.
  3. Gradually add the shredded cheese, stirring constantly until melted.
  4. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, and chili powder.
  5. Add the diced green chilies and stir until well combined.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
