  • 2 slices Turkey
  • 2 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Butter for frying
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar for dusting
  • 2 tablespoons Jam optional, for serving

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  2. 2. Assemble the sandwiches by layering ham, turkey, and cheese between slices of bread.
  3. 3. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  4. 4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with jam, if desired.
