- 2 cups Rolled oats
- 1 cup Milk or yogurt
- 1 cup Mixed fruits (apple, banana, berries) chopped
- ¼ cup Nuts and seeds optional
- 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup optional
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and milk or yogurt.
2. Add the chopped fruits and mix well.
3. Stir in the nuts and seeds, if using.
4. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup, if desired.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
