Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bacon diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 cups Clam juice
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cans Clams drained
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pot, add the onion, celery, and garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. 3. Add the potatoes and clam juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in the heavy cream, clams, and cooked bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve hot with a pat of butter on top.
