Ingredients 

Pancake Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats rolled or quick oats
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg large
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats and milk. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add egg, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, and melted butter to the oat mixture. Stir until well combined.
  3. Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Grease lightly with butter or oil.
  4. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
