- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
In a bowl, soak the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Place the coated chicken on the wire rack. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
