Ingredients 

Lamb Chops

  • 8 pieces Lamb Chops about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary fresh, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the lamb chops with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
  3. Place the lamb chops on a baking tray.
  4. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Let the lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
