- 1 Avocado halved and pitted
- 2 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Scoop out some of the avocado flesh to make room for the egg.
Place the avocado halves on a baking sheet.
Crack an egg into each avocado half.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the egg whites are set.
