- 4 fillets Tilapia fresh or thawed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
1. Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
2. Season both sides of the fillets with salt and black pepper.
3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add the tilapia fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Drizzle the lemon juice over the fillets before serving.
