  • 8 oz Noodles
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and water until smooth.
  3. 3. Toss the cooked noodles with the peanut butter sauce until well coated.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
