Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich Recipe
A classic Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 units Hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
3. Push the veggies to one side of the skillet and add the sliced steak. Cook until browned.
4. Mix the steak with the veggies, season with salt and pepper.
5. Place the provolone cheese on top of the steak and veggie mixture, let it melt.
6. Toast the hoagie rolls in the oven or on a skillet.
7. Fill the hoagie rolls with the steak, cheese, and veggie mixture. Serve hot.
