Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed greens
  • ½ cup Pistachios shelled
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • ½ cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced

Dressing Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, pistachios, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
