Pittsburgh Chipped Ham Barbecue Recipe

- 1 lb chipped ham thinly sliced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 buns hamburger buns
1. In a saucepan, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well.
2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the chipped ham to the saucepan and stir to coat the ham with the sauce.
