Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Cucumber, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the radishes, cucumber, and red onion.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
3. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Toss gently to combine.
5. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
