- 1 package ramen noodles discard seasoning packet
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 0.5 cup sliced almonds
- 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
- 0.5 cup chopped green onions
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil
- 0.25 cup white vinegar
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Crush the ramen noodles into small pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, crushed ramen noodles, almonds, sunflower seeds, and green onions.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, white vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
