  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Carrot, julienned
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • 2 Boiled eggs, halved

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  3. 3. Add mushrooms, carrots, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
