Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Beets, grated about 2 medium beets
  • 1 cup Carrots, grated about 2 medium carrots
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grate the beets and carrots into a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  3. 3. Toss everything together until well combined.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
