  • 2 lbs Red Potatoes cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • ½ cup Red Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the cooled potatoes, celery, red onion, and fresh dill to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
