  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup fresh dill chopped
  • ½ cup red onion chopped
  • ½ cup celery chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, dill, red onion, and celery.
  3. Add potatoes to the bowl and mix until coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill before serving.
