Ingredients 

Pickling Solution

  • 1 cup vinegar white or apple cider
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Vegetables

  • 4 cups cucumbers sliced
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Pack cucumbers, carrots, and bell peppers into a jar.
  3. 3. Pour the hot pickling solution over the vegetables. Let cool, then refrigerate.
