Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mango pulp fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Yogurt plain
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • as needed Ice cubes optional

Instructions 

  1. In a blender, add mango pulp, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
