Reuben Sandwich Recipe
A classic Reuben sandwich with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing on rye bread.

- 4 slices Rye bread
- ½ cup Sauerkraut drained
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- ½ lb Corned beef thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Russian dressing
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
2. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Layer with Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing.
4. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
5. Cook until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
