Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Add the shredded rotisserie chicken and egg noodles. Reduce heat and simmer until noodles are tender, about 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
