Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken about 4-5 pounds
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your rotisserie to medium-high heat.
  2. Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the chicken with olive oil, then season it inside and out with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Place the chicken on the rotisserie spit and secure it tightly.
  5. Cook the chicken on the rotisserie for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove the chicken from the rotisserie and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
