Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon fillets skin removed, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
  2. 2. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the salmon chunks and cook until the salmon is just cooked through.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped fresh dill just before serving.
