Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup frozen peas thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large glass bowl, layer the chopped lettuce evenly.
  2. Add a layer of cherry tomatoes on top of the lettuce.
  3. Follow with a layer of sliced cucumber.
  4. Add a layer of shredded carrots.
  5. Next, add a layer of thawed peas.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the peas.
  7. Top with crumbled bacon.
  8. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sugar together.
  9. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of the salad.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
