She Crab Soup

- 1 cup Crab meat fresh or canned
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Flour
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Add flour and whisk to form a roux. Cook for 2 minutes.
Slowly whisk in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Add heavy cream, crab meat, salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with additional crab meat if desired.
