Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 1 lb Crab meat
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, celery, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and toss gently to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
