  • 2 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 packet Dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1 packet Dry Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
  • 6 buns Sandwich Buns

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the beef broth, Italian dressing mix, and ranch dressing mix. Pour over the roast.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender and shreds easily.
  4. 4. Shred the beef with two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker.
  5. 5. Serve the shredded beef on sandwich buns.
