Main Ingredients
- 3 pounds Chuck Roast
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 4 Carrots peeled and cut into chunks
- 4 Potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 Onion sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary dried
1. Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, sear the roast on all sides until browned.
3. Place the roast in the slow cooker. Add the beef broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the meat is tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
