Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dried soybeans
  • 4 cups Water for soaking
  • 4 cups Water for blending

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the soybeans and soak them in 4 cups of water overnight or for at least 8 hours.
  2. Drain and rinse the soaked soybeans.
  3. In a blender, add the soaked soybeans and 4 cups of fresh water. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture using a strainer or cheesecloth into a large pot.
  5. Bring the strained liquid to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  6. Let it cool, then refrigerate. Serve chilled.
