Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Sushi Rice
  • 1 can Spam sliced into 8 pieces
  • 4 sheets Nori cut in half
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
  2. 2. In a frying pan, cook the Spam slices until crispy on both sides.
  3. 3. Mix soy sauce and sugar in a bowl, then pour over the Spam slices in the pan. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  4. 4. Place a slice of Spam on a piece of nori, add a scoop of rice, and use the musubi mold to shape it.
  5. 5. Wrap the nori around the rice and Spam, sealing it with a bit of water.
