  • 12 pieces Mushrooms stems removed
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the stuffing is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
