Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Rice Vinegar
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chili Flakes

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine water, rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and red chili flakes. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoon water to create a slurry. Add the slurry to the saucepan.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
