  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 head Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Tortilla Chips crushed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to the package instructions.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. 4. Add the cooked beef to the salad mixture and toss to combine.
