  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine tofu, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the tofu mixture and toss gently to combine.
