- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 Egg beaten
- ¼ cup Onion, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- ¼ cup Flour
- ¼ cup Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, breadcrumbs, milk, beaten egg, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper.
2. Shape the mixture into small patties or croquettes.
3. Dredge each croquette in flour, shaking off any excess.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the croquettes until golden brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
