Mississippi Pot Roast
A savory, tender pot roast with a kick of flavor from ranch seasoning and pepperoncini peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 3 lbs Chuck Roast
- 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter
- 6 Pepperoncini Peppers
Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
Place the butter on top of the roast.
Add the pepperoncini peppers around the roast.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the roast is tender and easily shredded.
Shred the roast with two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker before serving.
